Chiro Collaborative offers three membership tiers: Chiropractor, Mentor, and Professional. Each tier provides different levels of access to our platform features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

3. User Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or abuse platform features or other users
• Respect intellectual property rights of content creators

4. Mentor & Vendor Services

Mentors and vendors on our platform are independent professionals. Chiro Collaborative:

• Acts as a marketplace platform connecting members with service providers
• Does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or results of services provided
• Is not liable for disputes between members and service providers
• Reserves the right to remove mentors or vendors who violate our policies

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including courses, webinars, and educational materials, is protected by copyright. Members may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chiro Collaborative and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
